Hair

well, in the attempt to try and alleviate the neck & jaw pain, I thought I would get about 3 inches cut off, in the end I think it was about 4, but hey who notices?  Kim didn't.  Lady at work did this morning.

It does feel lighter.

LOL, saturday morning I said, that's it I am going to get me hair cut. Kim's reply was, out of the blue?  I said it's not out of the blue, I been contemplating this for a while now.

Actually, I have been contemplating getting it all chopped off, above the neck line.

Do you tip the person who cuts your hair?  I don't know.

Maybe I'll go back and get another 3 inches cut off, or at least shoulder length.  The young lady who cut it said keep your receipt, if you are not happy about it and want more off, come back and we will do it for free.

Hair - yes I believe that a child should be allowed to make their choice.  Even if it is gentle persuasion, it's still persuasion. How else is a child to find themselves, make their beliefs?  Its a tough spot to be in.  There are more important things in life than your hair.  What if he wants to grow it long to donate to make wigs for cancer patients? 

Here's another way to look at it: 'Would you have not got your ears pierced if your mom had said no that's too flamboyant, your a boy, boys don't get their ears pierced.  What would you do if your mom said 'tattooes are silly, don't harm your body like that'. (not that this is my opinion)
